The martial arts instructional videos and 60 day plans are delivered by "Owen King" A 4 time World champion, 5th Degree blackbelt in kickboxing, A professional boxing trainer licenced by the BBBoC (British Boxing Board of Control) Former head striking coach for team rough house MMA, and a level 3 personal trainer.
