I have been training since I was 5 years old.
When I originally started it was to learn self defence because my mum wanted me to be able to protect myself.
I started sparring and competing which I really enjoyed. Now at 26 years old I’m still just as hungry to train and compete as I was back then. I enjoy training and competing and have goals in place that I would like to reach for competing and instructing.
I teach for my team at Hicks Karate.
I enjoy teaching children and adults the sport of kickboxing that I love, and its great that they are focused, motivated and love it too.
For the next 5 years I plan to keep developing my skills and expanding my title count throughout different organisations. This sport has kept me strong, focused and has played a big part in my life.
Many more coming soon!
